Goods should be shipped within 28 days. In the event of non-availability the customer will be notified.
No liability for any claim for damage will be accepted unless we have been notified in writing or email within seven days of delivery. If goods are visibly damaged then it is advisable to sign any delivery note accordingly.
No liability for any claim for goods differing in description from particulars given on the website shall be considered unless we are notified in writing or by email within seven days of delivery.
We will not accept undamaged goods for return unless such return has been authorised by a director, and the goods are received back in stock condition, in their original packaging. We retain the right to charge a restocking fee for goods returned. Return costs in such circumstances shall be at the customer’s expense.
